Mock Council of Europe

The Mock Council of Europe, organised by the British Council,  took place on Friday 14th October in Parliament Buildings, Stormont.

Francesca Drumm from year 14 and Bethany Acton and Rua Magee from year 13 represented Sweden in a Mock sitting of the Council in the historic Senate Chamber of  Stormont Buildings.

During the meeting which was chaired by former Head of the European Commission,  Janice Morrice,  the VCB  girls participated in lively  and stimulating debates over the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership with the United States  and Post Brexit procedures.
