GCSE Examination Success
Congratulations to all Year 12 pupils on achieving their excellent GCSE results! We look forward to welcoming you back to begin your sixth form study with us next week.
92.4% of the cohort achieved 7+ A*-C grades, including GCSE English and Mathematics and 99.2% of the cohort secured 5+ A*-C grades, including English and Mathematics. 20 pupils achieved an outstanding 10 or more A*/A grades and 6 pupils achieved 9 A*/A grades, a remarkable achievement! Furthermore, 38 girls achieved an outstanding 7+ A*/A grades.
The excellent performance of the girls at GCSE is testament to the hard work and commitment of the pupils, supported by their families and staff, and coupled with the value added education which the College offers. Ms Slevin would like to pay tribute to the teaching staff who prepared the girls so well for their GCSE examinations and to all staff including the careers team and SLT for being available to advise and support them throughout their studies.
Senior Staff and Careers Staff will be available to meet with pupils in school this afternoon to confirm subject choices for AS level.
