APT Craft Fair

The Christmas Craft Fair and raffle will be one of the biggest events in the APT’s fundraising calendar this year and your support is necessary for the event to be a success. We have some fantastic prizes in our draw this year including:

 A sightseeing flight over Strangford Lough and Ards Peninsula for 2 people; 2 tickets for Belsonic concert; JBL Bluetooth speaker from PI Communications; Festive drinks hamper;

Fitness voucher and 4 personal fitness sessions with one month’s free gym membership; Cut and blow dry - Urban Hair Lisburn Road; jewellery from Steensons;Ted Baker gift set.

 Raffle tickets will be sent home in your child’s bag from next week and we would ask you to please purchase as many as you can and send them back in, with the money in the envelopes provided, to the offices at Cranmore and Richmond campuses. The draw will be made during the last week of term.

We are looking forward to seeing lots of parents at the Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday 8th December (11am-3pm) and once again ask for further contributions of prizes for the prize draw raffle, if you are in a position to donate. We also need prizes for our hugely popular tombola (candles, drinks bottles in gift bags, gift sets, boxes of chocolates and biscuits etc.), as well as parent helpers on the day, so if you can spare a couple of hours to help with teas, selling tickets or clearing up, your time would be very much appreciated. All funds raised go directly into the school to benefit all of the pupils.

Please send prizes into the school offices. Those with some time to spare are asked to come to the canteen on the morning of the event at 10.30am where APT reps will be based. A huge thanks to the parents who have already contributed. If you have not already contributed, but plan to do so, please do so as soon as possible.
