SistersIN Work Shadowing

Sofia, Year 13 recently joined her mentor Emma to complete her work experience day at the Business in the Community conference. Mrs Delgado added that “The SistersIN Programme has been a great experience for Sofia to build those much needed awareness and leadership skills; her volunteering within her swim club, with kids from disadvantaged backgrounds, has not only raised funds and helped many young children learn how to swim, but has also provided Sofia with perspective and gratitude.” Well done, Sofia!
