Year 11 GCSE Food and Nutrition making butter

Year 11 GCSE Food and Nutrition students are enjoying their lessons on Food Processing and Production this week. During our lesson today, we turned cream into butter! A simple process which can easily be repeated at home. Add some rock salt and garlic to create a delicious flavour to use for garlic bread or sautéing vegetables!
