SistersIN Work Shadow at Stormont

As part of her SistersIN Leadership Programme, Aliza, Year 13, spent the day shadowing Dorinnia Carville and her team at Stormont. Aliza gained valuable insight into the work force and what a typical day is like as an Auditor General.  Additionally, she received a tour of the Parliament Buildings and due to it being opposition day, she was also granted the chance to sit in on an official plenary and observe what it is like to have all the political parties gathered together.  This experience allowed Aliza to further develop her interest in Politics and leadership aspirations.
