Suzan Thompson nee James

Suzan left VCB  in 2001 and went to Queen’s University Belfast where she obtained a first class Bsc Hons in Biological Sciences. She currently works in AFBI as a Senior Scientific Officer in the Veterinary Sciences Division. She manages 2 labs, statutory testing on behalf of DARD for tuberculosis and brucellosis in cattle. She is also carrying out research into the development of new methods of detection of tuberculosis in cattle.
