Transforming Inspiration into Aspiration

A selection of Yr 11 Learning for Life and Work pupils are participating in a unique programme for schools and young people in each of the 70 Commonwealth Nations to help make the most of the teaching and learning opportunities from the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Victoria pupils are combining their creative, thinking and ICT skills to design special poster templates illustrating and documenting a personal plan of action inspired by the Commonwealth Values. The project is helping pupils to develop their personal reflective skills and also injecting their aspirations, while strengthening learning and culture by connecting young people from all over the Commonwealth.
