VCB celebrates Back to the Future Day!

Wednesday 21st October marked the long-awaited day that Marty McFly and Doc Brown travelled to in Back to the Future Part II. To mark this occasion a number of Y8 pupils were invited to a celebration of the technologies featured in the film. 

A total of 35 pupils from 8 Loane and 8 Loade travelled to the Ulster Museum for the celebration. As well as being pictured with the iconic Delorean car, the pupils listened to inspirational speeches from Electrical Engineering graduates before watching the movie Back to the future.

Anna Hutchinson and Emma Massey from 8 Loane were interviewed and appeared on BBC Newsline on Wednesday evening.
