SistersIN Leadership Shadowing

“I recently completely my work shadowing day at Danske Bank with my Mentor Nicola McCleery. I had such an exciting day from experiencing a, ‘day in the life’ as well as understanding how the bank actually works! I also took part and ended up winning the Data and Automation Knowledge Quiz, with the bonus of receiving a small prize. To finish of an already fantastic day we had an online call with the First Female Chief Executive of Danske Bank NI, Vicky Davies. I am extremely glad I decided to take part in the SistersIN programme and would highly recommend it for anyone who gets the chance to take part in the programme, as it has created a lot of new and different opportunities for me!” Helena Moore, Year 13
